How long does shipping take for hardware and decks?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. For international orders, please allow 7-14 days depending on your location and customs processing.

Can I return a skateboard after it has been assembled?

We cannot accept returns on custom-built setups or decks that have been gripped or skated. Items must be in their original, resaleable condition with all packaging intact.

Do you offer professional assembly for complete setups?

Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings together, you can request free professional assembly by our expert team before we ship your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Clearpay for larger purchases.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our courier partners (Royal Mail or DPD) to monitor your package in real-time.
